Sarosh Nanavati is the Founder and Principal at ESG Performance Partners. In addition to offering consulting services, he is currently a Senior ESG Research Analyst at the Pennock Idea Hub, an independent investment research boutique located in Toronto Canada, where he provides institutional investors with both thematic and actionable company-specific research relating to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.
Sarosh has over 30 years of experience in diverse and challenging capital markets roles, with most of that time as an institutional portfolio manager. He has worked in large international corporate environments such as HSBC, Sun Life and UBS, as well as in smaller more entrepreneurial firms such as Wellington West Capital Markets, Scheer Rowlett & Associates and the Pennock Idea Hub.
Sarosh currently serves on the boards of three not-for-profit organizations – CARE Canada (based in Ottawa Canada), Yayasan CARE Peduli (based in Jakarta Indonesia) and the Oakville Minor Baseball Association (based in Oakville Canada). At CARE Canada, he is currently Vice Chair of the Governance, Human Resources and Nominations Committee and sits on the Finance, Audit & Risk Management Committee. He has previously served on the board of a TSXV-listed energy technology company Raise Production (RPC-V).
